Growatt ARK battery system adopts modular design. Additional batteries can be stacked together. ARK-2.5H-A1 is suitable for high voltage systems. Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries do not contain cobalt, so battery costs are lower. The battery cycle life exceeds 6,000 times.
The battery has an IP65 protection rating and can be wall-mounted or placed on the floor. Installation on the floor requires a separate base. The battery is 65cm wide, 26cm deep, 18cm high and weighs 30kg.
Some of the advantages of this type of lithium iron phosphate battery compared to lead-acid and other batteries are longer cycle life, little maintenance required, extremely safe, relatively lightweight, and improved charge and discharge efficiency.
